Autism Therapies Panel...RDI, Floortime and ABA | Does your child carry a diagnosis on the spectrum? Come hear this panel of three specialists in these different types of therapies sometimes recommended for autistic children. Panelists will be Leslie Deutchman, BCBA, Board Certified Behavior analyst specializing in ABA/Verbal Behavior therapy, and Lauren Weeks, Psy.D., Certified Relational Development Consultant who is one of two certified RDI consultants in Massachusetts. A third panelist TBD will speak about Floortime therapies. |

Come hear neuropsychologist Gail Grodzinsky, Ph.D., ABPdN, Associate Staff in Neuropsychology at Children's Hospital Boston and in private practice at Lexington Clinical Associates. She will address the vital questions above that are pertinent for all of our children. |

2007-2008 Informal Coffees l Coffees
The Special Education PAC holds informal, monthly coffees for parents/ guardians of children on IEPs, 504 plans or just beginning the Special Education process. It's an excellent opportunity to meet other parents and share knowledge, advice, and concerns. The Winchester Special Education Procedures Manual and other reference materials are available. There's no need to RSVP, just drop in.
